Pasword Capsule contains Para-aminosalicylic acid, a bacteriostatic agent that works by inhibiting the synthesis of folic acid in the bacteria responsible for tuberculosis. It is commonly used in multi-drug resistant TB (MDR-TB) regimens and is always combined with other anti-TB medicines.
