1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You can request a return or replacement if:

✅ You received the wrong medicine or an incorrect order.
✅ The medicine is expired or tampered with upon delivery.
✅ The order is incomplete, with missing items.

🚫 Returns Are NOT Accepted If:
❌ The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
❌ The original packaging or batch number is missing or tampered with.
❌ The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
❌ The order was placed by mistake or without a valid prescription (for prescription medicines).


2. How to Request a Return?

Return Window: You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.


3. Refund Policy

💰 Refunds Are Issued In The Following Cases:

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and do not want a replacement.
  • If the ordered medicine is out of stock after placing the order.
  • If the order is canceled before dispatch.

🔄 Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking).
  • No refunds will be issued in cash.

4. Order Cancellation Policy
