Zilee IV Infusion is an intravenous antibiotic formulation containing Levofloxacin, a third-generation fluoroquinolone. It is used to treat a wide range of infections caused by susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It is especially used in hospital settings where rapid intravenous therapy is needed.
