Xop CV 200/125 Tablet is a combination antibiotic containing Cefpodoxime Proxetil (200 mg) and Clavulanic Acid (125 mg). Cefpodoxime is a third-generation cephalosporin that kills bacteria by preventing cell wall formation, while Clavulanic Acid prevents bacterial resistance by inhibiting beta-lactamase enzymes.
