Valent-H 80/12.5 Tablet contains Valsartan (80 mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg), a thiazide diuretic. This fixed-dose combination works synergistically to lower blood pressure by reducing fluid volume and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems.
