Tolsama 15 mg Tablet is a vasopressin V2-receptor antagonist containing Tolvaptan. It is used to treat hyponatremia (low blood sodium levels), especially in conditions like SIADH (Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuretic Hormone Secretion) and heart failure. It is also approved to slow kidney function decline in ADPKD (autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease).
