Telmikaa H 80/12.5 Mg Tablet contains two antihypertensive agents: Telmisartan, an ARB (Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker), and Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic. Together, they work synergistically to reduce blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing blood volume.
