Telekast-A is a dual-action medication combining a leukotriene receptor antagonist (Montelukast) and a bronchodilator with mucolytic properties (Acebrophylline). This combination is effective in relieving symptoms such as shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness, and cough in patients with asthma and COPD.
