Tamlocept 0.4 mg Capsule PR contains Tamsulosin Hydrochloride, a selective alpha-1 adrenergic antagonist. It is primarily used to manage symptoms associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), commonly known as an enlarged prostate. By relaxing the smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, Tamlocept improves urine flow and reduces symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and incomplete bladder emptying.
