Product Introduction:
Synobrim-T Eye Drops is a combination antiglaucoma medication that lowers increased eye pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It contains Brimonidine, an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that reduces aqueous humor production and increases uveoscleral outflow, and Timolol, a beta-blocker that also reduces fluid production in the eye.
