Synclar 125 mg Rediuse is a pediatric antibiotic suspension containing Clarithromycin 125 mg/5 ml. It is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections including those of the throat, sinuses, ears, lungs, and skin. Clarithromycin belongs to the macrolide class of antibiotics and works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping the growth of harmful bacteria.
