Sebonac Cream contains Salicylic Acid, a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) with keratolytic and comedolytic properties. It works by penetrating oily skin and exfoliating the inside walls of pores to unclog them, helping reduce acne breakouts, blackheads, and whiteheads. It also has mild anti-inflammatory action, making it suitable for inflammatory acne.
