Pyginal 50 mg Capsule is a smooth muscle relaxant and vasodilator. It improves blood flow by relaxing the muscles of blood vessels and is often prescribed in conditions involving poor circulation, such as Raynaud’s disease, arteriosclerosis, and sometimes for obstetric use to prevent premature labor.
Uses:

Peripheral vascular diseases (e.g. Raynaud’s phenomenon, Buerger’s disease)

Cerebrovascular insufficiency

Cervical ripening and uterine relaxation in obstetric care

Dysmenorrhea or menstrual cramps (off-label)
