Propysalic NF (Overseas) Ointment is a combination of Clobetasol Propionate (a potent corticosteroid) and Salicylic Acid (a keratolytic agent). It is used for the treatment of psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions associated with inflammation, redness, and thickening of the skin. Salicylic acid helps exfoliate dead skin, enhancing the penetration and effectiveness of clobetasol.
