Olkem H 20/12.5 mg Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg), a thiazide diuretic. Together, they help to lower blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and reducing excess fluid in the body.
