Novakast LC Tablet contains Levocetirizine and Montelukast. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that blocks histamine action and relieves allergic symptoms, while Montelukast blocks leukotrienes responsible for inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and mucus production. Together, they help control symptoms of allergic rhinitis and asthma.
