Mega Clin Capsule contains Clindamycin, a lincosamide class antibiotic that fights serious bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. It is effective against a range of anaerobic and gram-positive bacteria. It is often prescribed when penicillin cannot be used.
