Lumerax 20/120 mg Tablet contains Artemether (20 mg) and Lumefantrine (120 mg). It is part of the artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACT) recommended for the treatment of Plasmodium falciparum malaria. This combination rapidly reduces the number of malaria parasites and prevents their multiplication.
