Inditel AH 40/5/12.5 mg Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of three antihypertensive agents:
Telmisartan (40 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a hormone that causes blood vessels to tighten.
Amlodipine (5 mg): A calcium channel blocker that helps relax and widen blood vessels, improving blood flow.

This combination is prescribed when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with single or dual therapy.
