Gatilox DF Eye Drops is a dual-action ophthalmic solution used to manage eye infections with inflammation. It contains Gatifloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against bacterial infections, and Dexamethasone, a corticosteroid that reduces redness, swelling, and discomfort. This combination is often prescribed post-surgery or for bacterial conjunctivitis.
