Formic 1000/500 Injection is a broad-spectrum antibiotic formulation. It contains:

Ceftriaxone (1000 mg) – a third-generation cephalosporin that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis

Sulbactam (500 mg) – a β-lactamase inhibitor that enhances the efficacy of Ceftriaxone by overcoming resistance
