Febuget 80 Tablet is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor that lowers blood uric acid levels. It is used in patients who have high uric acid levels, especially those suffering from chronic gout or hyperuricemia. Febuxostat works by blocking xanthine oxidase, the enzyme responsible for the formation of uric acid in the body.
