Dosage:

Adults: 12–24 ml, once or twice daily, after meals—dilute with equal water

Children: 2–3 ml in 5–10 ml water, up to twice daily

Overuse or high doses may cause heat signs (burning sensation, dry mouth, constipation), especially in Pitta types May be unsuitable for diabetics due to sugar/jaggery content
