Clotrin Ear Drops is a combination medicine used for the treatment of fungal and bacterial infections of the ear. It contains Clotrimazole, an antifungal agent, and Lignocaine, a local anesthetic. Clotrimazole kills the fungi by disrupting their cell membrane, while Lignocaine provides quick relief from pain and itching by numbing the affected area.
