Cefogram TZB Injection contains Ceftriaxone (1000 mg) and Tazobactam (125 mg). Ceftriaxone is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. Tazobactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that enhances the effect of ceftriaxone by neutralizing bacterial enzymes that cause resistance.
