Product Introduction:
Carel 4.25/2 % Solution is a combination of two antiglaucoma agents: Timolol, a beta-blocker, and Brimonidine, an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist. Together, they work to decrease the production of aqueous humor (eye fluid) and increase its outflow, thereby reducing intraocular pressure (IOP).
