Asomex CL 2.5/10 Mg Tablet is a combination medication used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) and cardiovascular conditions. It contains Amlodipine (2.5 mg), a calcium channel blocker, and Cilnidipine (10 mg), a newer generation dual calcium channel blocker with action on both L-type and N-type calcium channels. The combination helps relax and widen blood vessels, reducing blood pressure and improving blood flow.
