Apz 20 Mg Tablet contains Apixaban 20 mg, a direct Factor Xa inhibitor that prevents blood clot formation by inhibiting the coagulation cascade. It is commonly prescribed for the prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and for treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).
