Ancool-SF 500 mg Suspension is a sugar-free formulation containing Sucralfate, a gastro-protective agent. It is used for the treatment and prevention of gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, and conditions caused by excess stomach acid. Sucralfate works by forming a protective barrier over ulcers and erosions in the stomach lining, shielding them from stomach acid and aiding the healing process.
