Amlozaar H Tablet is a combination of three antihypertensive agents: Losartan (50 mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB); Amlodipine (5 mg), a calcium channel blocker; and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg), a diuretic. Together, they help in relaxing blood vessels, lowering fluid overload, and improving heart function.
