Amaryl P 15/2 mg Tablet is a combination of Pioglitazone (15 mg) and Glimepiride (2 mg). It is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood glucose control in patients who cannot achieve adequate control with diet, exercise, and single-agent therapy.
