Aditek C Gel is a combination anti-acne treatment containing Adapalene (a retinoid) and Clindamycin (an antibiotic). Adapalene works by regulating skin cell turnover, preventing blocked pores, and reducing inflammation. Clindamycin fights acne-causing bacteria. This dual-action formulation is widely prescribed for moderate to severe acne and pimples.
