Delpomont Syrup contains Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks substances causing inflammation and allergic reactions in the airways. It is commonly prescribed to relieve allergic rhinitis symptoms and as an add-on therapy in asthma to reduce the frequency of attacks.
