Oltas H 40/12.5 Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of Olmesartan Medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic. The ARB component relaxes blood vessels, and the diuretic removes excess fluid from the body to lower blood pressure.
