Augpen DS 400/57 Suspension is a combination of two antibiotics: Amoxicillin (400 mg) and Clavulanic Acid (57 mg) per 5 ml. Amoxicillin is a penicillin-type antibiotic that kills bacteria, while Clavulanic Acid prevents bacterial resistance by inhibiting beta-lactamase enzymes.
