Rifnim 200 Mg Tablet is an antibiotic used primarily for gastrointestinal infections. It contains Rifaximin, which acts locally in the intestines without significant absorption into the bloodstream. It is effective in treating traveler’s diarrhea caused by non-invasive strains of Escherichia coli, as well as hepatic encephalopathy and IBS-D by reducing gut bacteria that produce toxins.
