Topamac 50 Tablet is an antiepileptic medication that works by decreasing abnormal excitement in the brain. It is widely used for the treatment of partial-onset seizures, generalized tonic-clonic seizures, and for the prevention of migraine headaches. Topiramate is also prescribed off-label for bipolar disorder and weight management in some cases.

Usage Instructions:
