Product Introduction
Endoprost 250 mcg Injection is a prostaglandin F2α analogue, containing Carboprost Tromethamine. It is primarily used in gynecology and obstetrics to terminate pregnancy (up to 20 weeks) and to control excessive bleeding after childbirth (PPH) when other treatments have failed. It works by stimulating strong uterine contractions, helping the uterus return to normal tone and expel retained products.
